Hey, I’m Quentin, founder of Rollin’ Bagels. But before that, I was just a guy who fell in love with bagels.

I started working at a bagel shop when I was 15, and something about it clicked. The early mornings, the smell of fresh dough, the rush of a busy breakfast crowd—it felt right. I learned everything I could until one day, I thought: I could do this myself.

So, in 2023, I took a leap and opened a little bagel cart in Long Island City. No big investors, no fancy setup—just fresh bagels, good coffee and big dreams. Fast forward and somehow our truck has become a local favorite. Whether you’re a weekday regular grabbing your usual or a weekend stroller stopping by for an egg sammie, you’re part of the reason I get up at 4AM every day to do what I love.

My goal? Keep this thing rollin’. This year, I’d love to open a second truck, do some cool collabs and maybe even launch a storefront by the end of 2025. You think that’s possible?
